Executive Team

Jarrad Turner: Chief Executive Officer
Jarrad was born and raised in Long Island, NY. After attending Alabama State University, he enlisted in the US Army as a 68W Health Care Specialist. He was stationed at Ft. Stewart, GA, and served with the 3rd Infantry Division for eight years, during which he was deployed to Iraq twice in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF). In 2010, Jarrad was medically retired from the Army as a Staff Sergeant.
Currently, Jarrad serves on the Board of Directors at the Shepherd Center and is a member of the Shepherds Men team. He completed the University of Georgia, J.W. Fanning Executive Leadership Program for Nonprofit Leaders in 2019 and obtained an executive leadership certificate from Babson College, Arthur M. Blank School for Entrepreneurial Leadership in 2022. Prior to accepting his role as the CEO at Veterans Technology Solutions – USA, Jarrad worked at The Warrior Alliance as their Vice President of Strategic Partnerships.

Chris Gilbert: President
Chris began his career in technology in 1987 with IBM. Over four decades, his work includes leading some of IBM’s largest global accounts while earning numerous distinctions for his sales leadership. Chris serves on a IBM Business Partner advisory for Storage, Power Systems, and Security at IBM.
Chris is also a decorated U.S. Navy veteran for his service during the Iraq War. Married with two children, both of whom work in the IT business.


Dadisi Olutosin: Chief Operations Officer
Dadisi is an industry veteran with four decades of experience as a sales leader, operations executive, and technologist for Fortune 100 companies such as IBM and AT&T. He has worked for the value-added reseller channel as an entrepreneur, sales leader, operations executive, and CIO.
A proud son of Morehouse College, Dadisi's also an alum of Leadership Atlanta, a Rotarian, a member of the Technology Association of Georgia, and a guiding voice of the 100 Black Men of Atlanta.
Mark Wyllie: SVP Corporate Alliances
Mr. Wyllie brings more than 30 years of senior management and sales experience to Veterans
Technology Solutions. In 2024, Mark was selected as an IBM Champion for the 3 rd year in a row. The IBM Champions program recognizes individuals who make extraordinary contributions to our IBM communities
by advocating IBM solutions, offerings, and programs; sharing their knowledge and expertise; and helping nurture and grow the community.
Included in his extensive background are key management roles with some of the nation’s most
recognized computer and data management firms including NCR, Burroughs and Champion
Solutions Group. Mark held the position of Senior Director at Mainline Information Systems
where he had responsibility for Mainline’s Services companies, including IBM Global Services,
Disaster Recovery and Professional Services. Just prior to Flagship, Mark was COO for
Compuquip Technologies, one of South Florida’s largest systems integrators.
Mark has a BA in Management and holds IBM Certifications as an watsonx, IBM Cloud Builder,
as well as Technical and Sales certifications. In addition, Mark holds a TOGAF certification.


Joe Rendace: Director of Cloud Alliances
Joe enters his 35th year in the Industry with the mentality that it's still "Day 1", and he has a lot to achieve. A unique talent of technical expertise combined with a Sales mentality, he has achieved much as he guided clients and teams through stops at IBM, HDS, Agilysys and AWS.When time provides, Joe spends his off-cycles as a Novelist, Screenwriter and Podcaster.
